Thank you for shopping at D.E.S.T Computer Solutions. By placing an order on our website, you signify your acceptance of the Terms and conditions set forth herein. As used herein, the term “destinpc.com” refers to the website owned and operated by D.E.S.T Computer Solutions, whose home page resides on the Internet at http://www.destinpc.com.

Typographical and Photographical Errors
D.E.S.T Computer Solutions attempts to be as accurate as possible in our pricing, as well as our typographical and photographical depictions of products for sale; however, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on D.E.S.T Computer Solutions is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or other error, D.E.S.T Computer Solutions shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to either honor the displayed price or refuse/cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your submission of an order and/or receipt of an order confirmation, automated or otherwise, does not signify our acceptance of such order. D.E.S.T Computer Solutions reserves the right to cancel any order that we deem necessary, at our sole discretion, regardless of the order status or whether you have received a confirmation of the order. Promo Codes
D.E.S.T Computer Solutions will sometimes furnish an alphanumeric code that can be used for promotions on our web site These promotional codes may be found in print and/or online advertisements, sent via email to our Newsletter and/or Promotion subscribers, presented on the D.E.S.T Computer Solutions web site or circulated at events and through other means. Some of the specials offered by entering a Promo Code during checkout include free shipping, volume discounts, free gifts. The provisions for a Promo Code will be included with the code itself; if an expiration date or other condition is stipulated, just reference where you acquired the code for the exact requirements. Please note that Promo Codes are not redeemable for cash and you must spend more than the discount price in order for a promotion to be applied. For example, if a Promo Code offered $5.00 off your next purchase, you would need to spend more than $5.00 to redeem your discount.
Product Testing
D.E.S.T Computer Solutions, like other e-tailers, ships items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor. D.E.S.T Computer Solutions does not conduct product testing before shipping any merchandise not manufacture or put together by us. Customs built desktops and Laptops will be tested before shipping.

Editing, Deleting and Modification.
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site, including this Agreement, without further notice to users of the Site.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff and affiliates (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.

PROCESSING TIME
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.
NOTE – We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready for shipment.
Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.

TRANSIT TIME
Standard Shipping 2-8 Business days + 12-24
UPS Ground: 3 – 7 Business Days + 12-24
UPS Second Day: 2 Business Days + 12-24
FedEx Express Saver – 3 to 4 business days + 12-24 hours to process the order.
FedEx 2Day – Delivery within 2 business days + 12-44 hours to process the order.
Note: Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not available.

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall D.E.S.T Computer Solutions or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

YOU ARE EXPRESSLY SUBMITTING AND CONSENTING IN ADVANCE TO SUCH JURISDICTION IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING IN ANY OF SUCH COURTS, AND ARE WAIVING ANY CLAIM THAT “Bronx” , “New York” OR THE DISTRICT OF “Bronx” IS AN INCONVENIENT FORUM OR AN IMPROPER FORUM BASED ON LACK OF VENUE. This site is created and controlled by “D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS”, in the State of “THE STATE OF NEW YORK”, USA. As such, the laws of “THE STATE OF NEW YORK” will govern the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and elsewhere throughout the Site, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

Verify Members’ Address:
“D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS” reserves the right to contact a Member via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the Member’s correct name and address) that is needed to provide the Member with the information he or she requested from “D.E.S.T COMPUTER SOLUTIONS”.
Should any provision of this agreement be held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court law, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain unaffected thereby unless otherwise stated.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States.

These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted. Use of use of D.E.S.T site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
